Partial or Full Transit of the Panama Canal

A uniformed representative of Panama Travel Experts will pick you up in the lobby of your Hotel for your full or partial transit of the Panama Canal. You will be transferred to Flamenco Island Cruise Terminal at the end of the Fort Amador Causeway to board your waiting vessel for this Panama Canal adventure. Experience the grandeur of the Panama Canal as one can only see from a smaller vessel! Touch the Lock walls, watch the ACP Seamen skillfully link the lines between the transiting vessels and the Locks from a small rowboat; and witness as the Panama Canal Pilot orchestrates tugs and locomotives to maneuver a PANAMAX vessel into the Locks chambers. If you are taking the full transit, after passing through the Gatun Locks on the Caribbean coast, you will return to the Flamenco Island Cruise Terminal by motor coach. If you are taking the partial transit, the ship returns to the marina in Panama City. Either way, at the end of your tour you will be met by a representative of Panama Travel Experts for your return transfer back to your hotel.

FULL TRANSIT OF THE PANAMA CANAL: requires a minimum of 2 people. Includes the transfer to and from your hotel to the vessel, snack, lunch, and beverages. Hotel pick up at 6:15 am. Approximately time of return is 7:00 pm.

PARTIAL TRANSIT OF THE PANAMA CANAL: requires a minimum of 2 people. Includes the transfer to and from your hotel to the vessel, snack, and beverages. Hotel pick up at 6:15 am. Approximately time of return is 5:00 pm.
